With more than 25 years of experience leading enterprise operations and business transformation, Shanna brings a powerful combination of strategic vision, operational expertise, and hands-on leadership.
Her approach begins with understanding an organization's vision, business priorities, and culture. By partnering with executive leadership and engaging the teams closest to the work, she uncovers not only where challenges exist, but why they exist.
Shanna believes lasting transformation comes from addressing root causes rather than treating symptoms. By combining organizational insight, employee perspectives, and meaningful data, she designs and implements solutions that align with the company's culture, empower its people, and deliver measurable, sustainable results.
Her leadership experience spans organizations including Allina, Chewy, Wells Fargo, and Target, where she has driven enterprise-wide initiatives across operational transformation, technology, and organizational effectiveness.
Beyond The Business
Outside of work, you'll often find me spending time with my two dogs, Woody and Bo, who keep life interesting and bring plenty of personality to every day.
My weekends are usually spent tackling my never-ending list of home improvement projects or enjoying Minnesota's great outdoors. Whether I'm exploring ATV trails, camping, hiking, or taking on my next DIY challenge, I love staying active, learning something new, and the satisfaction of making something better than it was before.
